Yes. You are able to work with our architect in the design phase of your home to produce a schedule of finishes that thebuilders will follow during implementation. Choosing designs, colours and materials is easy for us with our extensive knowledge and experience in this field.

Any internal minor structural work or openings do not require approval from Council. We will engage our structural engineer to ensure it can be done and then issue you with a structural Certificate at the completion of the job.

Once you have accepted the quotation and are 100% happy with the Scope of Work (SOW) that we will be providing to you, a meeting will be arranged in order for the contract to be signed by both parties.

We ensure that this process is simple and smooth. We are able to help you with designing your new home where you can work closely with our architect.
We will assist you from the beginning of the design all the way through to Council Approvals.
We have years of knowledge in renovation works that requires Council Approval and renovations that don't need council approvals because they fall under compliant development. We will liaise with you prior to commencement of the job and ensure that you understand each stage of the build, time frames and obligations towards the process

This will be outlined in detail in the contract to ensure that you are aware of the exact works to be carried out as well as a Schedule of Works and PA allowance schedule which will be provided to you.

At the completion of our work we will meet with the client to review the job and ensure that the client is 100% satisfied in accordance with the contract. The builder will walk through your home with you giving you the opportunity to inspect and point out anything that you would like to be fixed before the job will be handed over. We take pride in all our jobs and our clients' satisfaction is what we thrive for.

Yes. A pool and landscaping can be added at any time however it is advised for this to be dealt with before work is commenced as it can potentially save you lots of money and time if it is done correctly and at the right time of the build process.

Upon signing the Contract a 10% deposit will need to be paid prior to the commencement of any work.
