A resort style retreat tucked away in the Eastern Suburb of Randwick across the road from Bicentennial Park behind the facade of an old heritage frontage. This home is the standing proof of old heritage beauty meeting the modern touch of class and elegance.
This home stands on a 1200 sqm block featuring old heritage items restored to their original status from doors, door jamb, ceilings, brick work and old windows.
The build was not meant to be a walk in the park and it landed on TMDs lap because we are one of the few in Sydney who have the expertise to deliver such a challenge.
The construction included the installation of an 8.8 tonne steel Welded Column fabricated especially for this project by One steel. The engineering knowledge and building expertise possessed by TMD allowed us to install this beam in a very clever way making it look like a walk in the park.
Words can not explain the amount of work and detail involved in this masterpiece and I hope the photos can speak the million words I need to describe the craftsmanship printed all over this lovely sanctuary.
